Use it for better things
Than eating, partying, spending
And to binge-drink.

I am so sick of this whole end-of-the-year-industry-trash, of the commercial terror, of too much of all those things that people of the West have and do throughout the year, anyway, of the complete lack of Christian values of a thing that isn't even real Christian, of the ado that is made of this total hollowness and of people complaining about all the waste of money, time, nerves.
Do not skip the company Christmas party - it could ruin your career. But if you don't feel like it then do the unimaginable - just leave it. Better spend some time in contemplation. And some money on donations.
